Information for presenters

For oral presentations

All oral presentation rooms are outfitted with HDMI and VGA adapters, as well as audio cables. Remember to bring the appropriate dongle(s) with you (especially if you are using a Mac).

Note that the presentation rooms do not have resident computers, so please bring your laptop, borrow a colleague’s laptop, or email the conference organizers if you need help finding a way to present your talk.

When it is your time to present, please have your laptop ready in order to ensure smooth transitions between talks!

For poster presentations

Each poster will be given an area up to 4′ x 4′, and posters will be affixed with push pins. (So, most standard poster sizes will fit on the partition space allotted for each poster.)  See the LSA’s guidelines for poster presentations for tips on how to put together an effective poster.
